Refund Policy

Overview
GB Engineering, LLC provides professional engineering and consulting services customized for each client and project. Due to the professional and customized nature of our services, our refund policy is structured to reflect the work invested on behalf of each client.
Consultation Services
Consultation fees may be refundable only if cancellation occurs before any work has commenced. Once a consultation has been conducted, prepared for, or begun, the associated fees are generally non-refundable.
Engineering Services
Due to the professional nature of engineering work, completed services — including reports, designs, plans, reviews, calculations, and consulting activities — are generally non-refundable once work has begun. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for work not yet commenced at the time of cancellation.
Project Deposits
Deposits collected at project initiation may be partially refundable depending on project status at the time of cancellation, expenses incurred to date, work completed, and contractual obligations. Deposit refund determinations will be made in accordance with the executed project agreement.
Client Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to GB Engineering, LLC at info@gbengin.com. The effective cancellation date will be the date the written notice is received. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible.
Custom Deliverables
Engineering drawings, site plans, reports, feasibility studies, development plans, permitting documents, calculations, specifications, and other customized deliverables are non-refundable after preparation has begun. These materials represent significant professional labor and are prepared specifically for each client's project.
Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact GB Engineering, LLC directly to discuss and resolve any billing concerns before pursuing formal dispute resolution. We are committed to working with clients to reach fair and reasonable resolutions.
Policy Updates
GB Engineering, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of service engagement will govern that engagement.
